Description: This letterpress broadside features the poem, Bamboo, by Tu-Fu. A vertical, green ink image of bamboo is at the left and the text is in black ink. Beneath the image is the limitation: 117/150 and artist Leonard Seastone’s signature in graphite.

Leonard Seastone (b. 1950) is an artist, publisher and bookmaker. He was awarded the first MFA in Book Arts in the United States (Purchase College, 1988) and has won several TDC Awards, as well as an AIGA Best Book of the Year Award (1980).

On a beige sheet of laid paper that measures: 8 3/8″ x 12 1/8″. Fore and bottom edges deckled. Item #DA00474
