Edward Selmar Siebert (1856-1944) spent much of his active career in the Rochester, NY area. His works can be found in the collections of the Corcoran Gallery, the Smithsonian, the Memorial Art Gallery of the University of Rochester, among others.

Painted on a 9″ x 12″ piece of academy board which is glued to a thin piece of pasteboard. Unframed. Item #FA00434

Condition: A speck of paint loss lower left, a tack hole at upper edge, generally good condition.
