Description: This unusual broadside was printed by John B. Judson of Gloversville, NY. It states in part: “…take notice: That I have the exclusive right to hunt and fish upon the Lands and Waters situated and being in the Town of Mayfield in the County of Fulton, State of New York… said lands and waters will hereafter be used by me as a Private Park… One hundred acres… John M. Lair…”
