Description: This original hand-colored lithograph still has strikingly fresh colors. It was published in John Gould’s “Birds of Asia” Volume I (1850-1883). Printed title is “Falco Peregrinator,” though the more common name for these birds is Shaheen Falcon.

Sheet size is 21 1/2″ x 14 1/4″. Item #PR00459

Condition: A few errant light spots, right margin is trimmed of stitching holes, otherwise bright and fresh and in very good condition.
