Lynd Ward (1905-1985), American artist, illustrator, and novelist, is often credited with providing the catalyst for today’s graphic novels with his wordless novels God’s Man, Prelude to a Million Years, etc.

Condition: Lightly toned, hinging tape at upper corners with some glue smudges at edges (all far away from wood engraving).
