Description: This colorful lithographed poster was issued to promote Victory Liberty Loans.

It is signed and dated in the plate: “Alfred Everitt Orr – 18”.

Alfred Orr (1886-1931), a noted New York portrait painter and illustrator, worked in California for a number of years and then London. He painted six covers for the Saturday Evening Post.
