Description: This original sepia-toned boudoir cabinet photograph features two grandiose, mansard-roofed buildings. The one closest to the camera has a cluster of people gathered on the porch steps, one figure in front with a penny farthing bicycle.
An inked note on the verso reads: “Hesperus House. Magnolia.” There is also a photographer’s ink stamp on the verso for J. S. LeFavour of Salem, Massachusetts. 4 3/8″ x 7 1/2″ image on a plain mount that measures: 5″ x 8″. Item #P00309
Condition: Very good condition.
