Description: This Century boxing glove is boldly signed in sharpie: “Jake LaMotta Raging Bull”. The autograph was obtained in person at the Sunday April 30th, 2000 Sportscard & Memorabilia Show in Albany, NY. A flyer for this event is included with glove.

Glove is 12″ long. Signature is 4 1/4″ long. Item #A01775

Giacobbe “Jake” LaMotta (1922-2017) was World Middleweight Champion between 1949 and 1951. In 1980 Martin Scorcese adapted LaMotta’s autobiography into the film Raging Bull. Robert De Niro won the Academy Award for Best Actor for his portrayal of LaMotta.
