Mary Roberts Rinehart (1876-1958) was often called the “American Agatha Christie”. After she published The Circular Staircase, she was credited with having invented the “Had-I-But-Known” school of mystery writing. She was also a WWI war correspondent and wrote about her war experiences for the Saturday Evening Post.

Condition: Mounted on a piece of card stock. Horizontal fold line beneath signature. The autograph is large and bold.
