Description: The American lyric soprano Vivian Della Chiesa (1915-2009) became popular on the radio during the 1940s and the early 1950s. She also performed on the opera stage at the Chicago City Opera Center and later became a successful night club singer in many major venues throughout the United States. In this 10” x 8” DeBellis Studios portrait, she is seated on a fluted bench. With a restrained smile, she gazes sideways. “To Corp.
