Description: A bow-tie wearing, serious-faced Paul Cadmus confronts the viewer head-on in this black and white chest-up portrait photograph taken by the well-known photography firm, Pach Bros. of New York. Cadmus (1904-1999) has signed his name beneath the photo in a strong, bold hand. He is of course remembered for his paintings of gritty urban scenes, and his works showcasing nude male figures.

Photograph measures 9 1/4″ x 6″ and is mounted to a thick “Pach Bros N.Y.” imprinted mount that measures 15 1/2″ x 11″. Item #A01860
