Description: We offer a pencil signed lithograph by Raymond Loewy. “Race car” is printed on heavy wove paper, 22” x 28”, editioned AP 2/20 at the lower left and initialed at the right in graphite, with the Circle Gallery blindstamp at the lower left corner, as well as “1985 C.F.A.”  Item #PR00468.

Raymond Loewy (1893–1986) was a French-born American industrial designer who conceived some of the most iconic objects and advertising of the 20th century including the Shell, Exxon, TWA and the former BP logos, the Greyhound Scenicruiser bus, Coca-Cola vending machines, the Lucky Strike package, Coldspot refrigerators, the Studebaker Avanti and Champion, and the Air Force One livery.
