Description: This fantastic broadside, with a dozen cuts of farm animals, folds into its original gold-stamped cloth boards. It was printed by “Old Dickinson Printing Office, C. C. P. Moody, Printer, 52 Washington Street, Boston”.

The broadside’s subtitle states: “…a Condensed Synopsis of the Diseases of Horses, Cattle and Sheep; with Their Cause, Symptoms and Treatment.” The treatment touted was, of course, the veterinary medicines that George H. Dadd manufactured.

Broadside measures: 28″ x 18 1/2″. Boards: 6 1/2″ x 4 1/2″. Item #AM00364

Condition: Inevitable fold lines, 1″ tear at bottom edge repaired with archival tissue/tape. Generally very good condition.
