Description: This heavily-used 30-page manuscript account book was used from 1826 to 1841, probably by a farmer, and records the shipment of various items on sloops named “Traveller” and “Comodore”. The account book mentions members of the Cleveland and Tice families of the Troy and Brunswick, New York area who frequently purchased bushels of apples, hay, corn, and potatoes.
