Gilt-stamped brown cloth over boards, 284 pages, frontispiece color folding map, includes illustrated ads, another folding map showing railroads in Connecticut, not in color. Corners and spine ends bumped and lightly worn, covers stained, paper spine label with “1851” written in period ink, inch of separation at bottom of front board, some damp staining on interior and scattered foxing.
