This book is number 21 of a limited edition of 100 signed copies that are printed on Batchelor’s Kelmscott hand-made paper and hand-bound in gilt-decorated oasis morocco leather. It is signed by introduction writer Harley Granville-Barker, illustrator Paul Nash, and art editor Albert Rutherston on a preliminary page Top edge is gilt, pp. (xcix), 109, plus a drawings and a color plates sections that have illustrations with corresponding text.
