Two volumes bound with gilt-stamped green cloth over boards; Volume I: pp. viii, 423; Volume II: pp. viii, [2], 475, both volumes have 16 pages of ads dated January, 1871 at the rear. Vol. I: first word on p. 297 is “transmitted”; errata in Vol. II: 17 lines for Vol. I, 8 for Vol. II.
