Size: 12mo. Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Previous owners names in period ink on front end papers. Full calf over boards, five raised bands on spine and gilt stamped spine label, panels and decoration blind stamped on front and back covers, [vi] 350 pages, engraved devices on title page & head of each letter. Leather scuffed, wear at corners, spine ends and along edges of boards, piece of leather missing on spine label, leather separated at gutter at head of spine, foxing on end papers through contents pages and then again about page 344 through to rear end papers.
