Brown gilt-stamped cloth over boards, ads on endpapers, 154 pages, profusely illustrated with portraits and advertisements. Covers rubbd and stained, gilt-stamping almost completely rubbed away, corners and spine ends bumped and worn, text block stained, hinges and text block cracked, still attached, stains on several pages, some pages have tears, pencil scribbles on a few pages, page 70a/70b detached but present, overall still highly readable.
