Wraps lightly soiled, otherwise, in very nice condition, interior clean with no writing or marks, and binding is sound. This is a report to Gov. Nelson A. Rockefeller, Gov. of New York State and ,Erastus Corning 2nd, Mayor of the City of Albany, New York regarding findings and recommendations for land use and architectural design for the neighborhoods surrounding the South Mall project in Albany, New York. “The study examined the important relationships between the adjacent City neighborhoods, the South Mall Complex, and nearby government buildings, and made a thorough analysis of the existing land-use, condition and quality of structure, occupancy, development pressures and present zoning in the satellite neighborhoods.” This book includes historical precedents and background to the South Mall, an analysis of the study area with emphasis on building condition and architectural quality with specific recommendations for action.
