Description: President McKinley boldly signed this 2 3/4″ x 4 1/4″ card imprinted: “Executive Mansion. Washington.”

William McKinley (1843-1901) served in the Civil War, was a two-term U.S. Congressman, was Governor of Ohio and then the 25th President of the United States (from 1897 until his assassination in 1901).
