An apparent binding error puts the Introduction, the Foreword, and the Acknowledgments where the Copyright page and Table of Contents should be, and the Introduction is inserted out of order before the Foreword, and the Acknowledgments. Otherwise, a Fine copy. The clamshell case has spine and top inch of front and back sunned and faded.
