Tuttle (1879-1971) was the 1930 Republican nominee for Governor of New York in the election against Franklin D. Roosevelt. Corners and spine ends rubbed, several instances of pencil notations. In a printed dust jacket that is soiled, has some tears/small pieces missing at edges, corners and spine ends, has been preserved in a Brodart jacket. Quantity Available: 0.
