Size: 8vo – over 7¾” – 9¾” tall. This is copy no. 199 of 200 numbered copies, signed by the author on the Limitation Page; it is also inscribed to a previous owner “from the author” dated November, 1949 and enclosed is a letter dated October 30, 1949, from John Fenderson Kyes to the previous owner in which he remarks on the wonderful time he had during a visit with them, and goes on to say “It occurred to me that you might like one of the last copies remaining of a little book I published privately 12 years ago. While at present I enjoy writing prose much more than poetry, for years I was crazy about that medium of expression.” A very pale blue paper over boards with a paste down label on front board, 63 pages. Covers are very lightly foxed, also some very light foxing on end papers and on the fore edges of just a few pages, corners and spine ends lightly bumped.
