Description: In this autograph note signed, Nin writes in full: “Dear Richard: Cindy Levy 1710 Marlow Road Santa Rosa Cal. 95401 wrote her paper for a Women’s History Class taught by Alice Wexler at Sonoma College. It was called Women in Psychoanalyses Nov. 1972”.  She signs “Anais”. The note is written on the verso of Nin’s imprinted postcard and postmarked Los Angeles, CA Sep. 17, 1973.

Anais Nin (1903-1977), the French/Cuban/American diarist and novelist, is remembered for her journals which spanned decades and for her contributions to the writing of female erotica.
