Description: This bird’s-eye view watercolor of a dozen or more rambling ranch houses (with a few multi-level dwellings interspersed) is classic 1960’s in architectural style and period color. It is signed “Wallace Young” at the lower right.

Sight size: 14″ x 23 1/2″, painted on a 17″ x 25 1/2″ sheet of illustration board (framed to 19 1/2″ x 29″). Item #FA00385

Wallace Young (1930-2003) was an architectural illustrator from Lincoln, RI. He studied at New England School of Art in Boston and Rhode Island School of Design in Providence.

Condition: A 2″ tear at upper margin, two small water spots lower left. Generally good condition with bright colors.
