Description: The 28th Vice President of the United States, Thomas R. Marshall (1854-1925), neatly signed “Thos. R. Marshall” on this 2 1/4″ x 4″ “The Vice-President’s Chambers, Washington” imprinted card.

Thomas Marshall served as the Vice President under Woodrow Wilson from 1913 to 1921 after serving as Governor of Indiana (1909-1913). He was the first Vice President to hold cabinet meetings, which he did while Wilson was in Europe during World War I.
