Light yellow cloth over boards, with an inset in blue & silver of the Wedgwood mark, illustrated end papers, xi, 375 pages, General Index, Biographical Index, Selected Bibliography, Abbreviations, two color plates – Josiah Wedgwood and Thomas Bentley – and 13 monochrome plates. Corners and spine ends bumped a little, shelf soil on bottom edges, previous owner’s name (from the library of Amy Bess Miller, author on all matters Shaker and founder of the Hancock Shaker Museum) on front flyleaf.
