Special Limited Edition, first issue in this format. Size: Octavo (standard book size). Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact. Pictorial paper over boards, pp. [14], 191, [11], extensively illustrated. Laid-in sheet of paper with pressed flowers. This double issue features an homage to Kenneth Patchen and contributions by Allen Ginsberg, Hugh MacDiarmid, David Meltzer, Henry Miller, Charles Bukowski, Diane Di Prima, Thomas Merton, Lawrence Durrell, and Denise Levertov. Limited to 500 copies. Corners and spine ends lightly bumped, staining from tape on front and rear end papers.
