Includes errata sheet and letter from author. From the personal library of Marcus T. Reynolds (1869-1937), the Albany, NY architect, who has signed his name on a front flyleaf. Corners and spine ends bumped and lightly worn, light wear along spine and some scratches on covers, damp-staining along lower portion of pages, corrections and annotations made in pencil by Reynolds.
