Fragile binding. 9-page disbound pamphlet with information on the American Colonization Society, an organization founded in 1816 by Robert Finley that worked to send free African Americans back to Africa. The ACS helped to form the colony of Liberia in 1821-22. Pages toned around edges, page 9 separating at lower half, spine has holes from where it was previously bound, some offsetting of text on pages, otherwise in good condition and highly readable.
