Description: Thirty-first President of the United States Herbert Hoover (1874-1964) boldly signed this 2 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ White House card.

Hoover’s presidency is remembered for the beginning of the Great Depression, with the stock market crash occurring only eight months into his first year. He served one term, losing the presidency to Franklin Delano Roosevelt in the election of 1932.
