Description: This crisp watercolor on illustration board of a masonry commercial building came out of the Glastonbury, CT area. It is signed lower left: “C. J. Spiess del.” The clothing style of the people at the front door and the automobiles in the parking lot, as well as, the building suggest a 1940’s to 1950’s date.

Mat window measures: 15″ x 23 1/2″. Framed to: 25″ x 33″. Item #FA00348

Condition: A couple of small light spots in the sky, otherwise very good condition with exceptionally strong, bright colors.
