Description: This striking hand-colored copperplate engraved map was issued in Thornton’s “New & Complete History & Survey of London, Westminster…”, published in 1785.

The folio sheet is divided horizontally with the upper portion being a “Plan of Cheap Ward Divided into Parishes” and the lower part a “Plan of Tower Street Ward”.

Condition: Chips to the blank border, otherwise very good and bright.
