Description: A stylized Mother and Child sculpture in sandstone that stands 14 3/8” high, 5 ½” wide and 3 5/8” deep at the base. It resembles other mid-century representations of the Madonna with Child. We do not know who the sculptor is, though there is a barely legible pencil scrawl on the underside: “Laurie ????. Item #DA00137.

Condition:Light surface scratch on the pleat of the mother’s dress and left hand, otherwise very good condition.
