Size: Octavo (standard book size). Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact. Portfolio: Gilt-stamped brown cloth over boards with brown cloth ribbon tie. Contains two color folding maps that line up to measure over four feet. Compiled from the Official Maps and Field Notes on file in the State Departments at Albany, N. Y. By authority of the Fisheries, Game & Forest Commission. Engraved by J. Y. McClintock and W. L. Lawton. Cloth on portfolio has some small stains, sunning on spine, corners and spine ends bumped, gilt-stamping is discolored.
