Description: In this autograph letter signed, Woolf declines an invitation to dinner from a Mr. Laski. We presume this is Harold Laski, who was a professor at the London School of Economics from 1926 to 1950. He favorably reviewed Leonard Woolf’s “After the Deluge” in the New Statesman & Nation.
Letter is written on a 5″ x 8″ sheet of “Monk’s House Rodmell Near Lewes Sussex” imprinted stationery. Item #A01623
