Size: Folio. Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Previous owner’s name written in ink and ink-stamped on end papers. Gilt-stamped cloth over boards, 79 pages, includes some black and white illustrations, maps have color. Covers heavily worn, hinges cracked, boards detaching, back board almost completely detached, spine has a cloth tape label with handwritten title, some maps have notes in pencil, the map on page 30 is almost completely detached, some tearing, a few tears repaired with tape, one map has a newspaper clipping taped to the paper, offsetting/staining from the newspaper, scattered soil, but maps are in overall good condition.
