Description: This dynamic rendering depicts the soon to be remodeled Court House in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania with otherworldly rays emanating from it.

The 1835 Tioga County Court House underwent a transformation in 1931 under the supervision of Scranton architect Lester M. Davis. The building received the addition of a portico, 9 over 9 windows, etc. visible in this rendering.

This pen and ink, watercolor and graphite drawing is executed on a 17″ x 26″ piece of illustration board. Item #FA00371
