Description: This large photograph features an array of men squatting on a vast dirt driveway in front of a fleet of vehicles. There are two horses pulling some sort of cart, another horse in front of a smaller cart, and three automobiles of various sizes. The largest vehicle is a truck with a license plate dated 1923 and “Adirondack Power & Light Corporation No. 130″ painted on the side. Behind the men and modes of transportation is a single-story stone brick building with numerous windows. Houses can be seen off to the right.
7 1/2″ x 9 5/8″ on a stiff card mount that measures 10 1/8″ x 12 7/8”. The bottom right corner of the mount reads: “P. Sauter [Glens] Falls, NY”. Item #P00173
Condition: Corners bumped, lightly soiled, slight vertical crease extending 2″ into photo. Generally good condition.
