Description: On two pages of an album, six cast members of London’s Royal Court Theatre’s Production of Shakespeare’s King Henry IV (Part II) have signed. The play opened on February 17, 1921. Basil Rathbone signed “Yours Sincerely” and dated his signature Feb. 4, 1921 (He played Henry, Prince of Wales, Prince Hal). Leah Bateman (Doll Tearsheet), Margaret Yarde (Mistress Quickly), and H. O. Nicholson (Shallow) signed with quotes from the play. Terence O’Brien (Prince John of Lancaster) signed with a Hamlet quotation and Louis O’Connor (Thomas, Duke of Clarence) just signed.

Each page measures: 5 3/4″ x 4 1/2″. Item #A01448

Condition: Toned around the perimeter, right edge has a slim dampstain. Nothing touches the bold autographs.
