Description: This reprint of one of the more significant maps of the 19th century was “photo-reproduced 1925 North Pacific Bank Note Co.” The original was published by S. Augustus Mitchell in 1846 and titled “A New Map of Texas Oregon and California with the Regions Adjoining Compiled from the Most Recent Authorities.”

Map measures 20″ x 19″ and folds into a 5 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ 34-page limp leather booklet. Item #PR00587

Condition: One old 6″ tape repair at one seam, 4″ tear repaired with archival tissue tape, otherwise very good.
