Description: In this part-printed vellum document President Adams grants 160 acres in the Territory of Arkansas to Ephraim Monroe’s heirs. Monroe was a private in Snead’s Company of the Eleventh Regiment of Infantry.

The U.S. President has signed, in his cramped hand, “J.Q. Adams” at the lower right. 9 3/4″ x 13 1/2″. Item #A01610

Condition: Overall toning, several pin holes at fold lines. Generally good condition.
