|Description: We offer two late 19th c. fireman’s parade belts each with applied leather letters within a cartouche spelling out: "EDDYVILLE”. They are 30 3/8” x 2 ¼” and 38” x 2 ¼”, cut from thick leather with a metal buckle on one of the belts. Eddyville is on the outskirts of the city of Kingston, New York. Item #AM00182.
Condition: One belt is missing an 8” section, both belts have some wear and some hardened, semi-brittle areas to the leather. Good, aged condition overall.
