Description: We offer a pencil signed lithograph by Raymond Loewy featuring his masterful design of the T-1 locomotive. It is printed on heavy wove paper which measures 22” x 28". It is editioned 132/300 at the lower left and initialed at the lower right in graphite. The Circle Gallery blindstamp is visible at the lower left corner. “1978 C. F. A. Corp” is embossed along the lower left margin. Item #PR00371.

Raymond Loewy (1893–1986) was a French-born American industrial designer who conceived some of the most iconic objects and advertising of the 20th century including the Shell, Exxon, TWA and the former BP logos, the Greyhound Scenicruiser bus, Coca-Cola vending machines, the Lucky Strike package, Coldspot refrigerators, the Studebaker Avanti and Champion, and the Air Force One livery.
