Robert Indiana (1928-2018) was an American artist and leader in the pop art movement. He was known for simple-looking imagery of bold, iconic shapes and letters. His "LOVE" print was made into a stamp for the United States Post Office in 1973. His works are in the permanent collections of numerous museums, including the Museum of Modern Art, the Whitney Museum of American Art, the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Hirschorn Museum.
Condition: Poster has been laid onto stiff card stock which has rippled (especially at edges). Signature is bold and poster is still quite presentable.
