Description: We offer a rich impression of Arms' view of the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria La Mayor in Toro, Spain. It is signed and dated in graphite lower right: "John Taylor Arms 1935" and editioned at the lower left, also in graphite, "Ed. 100II".
John Taylor Arms (1887-1953) studied architecture before embarking on his print making career, and is known for his renderings of European and American architecture.
This particular print showcases his technical virtuosity and his ability to get wide tonal range in his etchings.

Condition: Very light toning at what was once a mat window opening, 1" plus blank margin at top, other margins generous. Overall good condition.
