The appointment is for Llewellyn Powell Williamson as "First Lieutenant in the Medical Reserve Corps of the Army" and is dated Oct. 31, 1908.

Condition: Some light wrinkling and toning, the brown ink of Roosevelt's signature is lighter than the black ink of the other manuscript accomplishment, but still quite readable. Generally good condition and quite displayable.
